March 2, 2004 the Florida Alliance for Animal Owners Rights, Inc. attended
a meeting of the Florida Veterinary Board in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. At the
meeting the Board decided that a number of animal health care services were
the practice of veterinary medicine, a third degree felony for non-vets.
